What the Key Tasks Look Like

As a Product Manager in our Product Solutions & Training team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of health insurance at DKV Belgium. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and impactful.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the company, because great products are built together, and have the chance to learn and grow while contributing your expertise.

List of tasks:

• Design and develop products: Translate customer needs and market trends into innovative health insurance solutions that strengthen our market leadership.
• Keep our portfolio future-proof: Review and optimize existing products, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with customer expectations.
• Analyze and anticipate: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
• Drive projects end-to-end: Coordinate product development from concept to launch, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Actuarial, Legal, and Operations.
• Be the expert: Provide clear answers to product-related questions and prepare reports for senior management.
• Collaborate and influence: Build relationships across teams to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment

Required Skills and Competences

We’re looking for someone who combines expertise with curiosity and enjoys working in a team setting.

Additionally, you can rely on the following experience and competences:

• Min 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in insurance or a related field.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: you’ll work with diverse teams and senior management.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver results within agreed timelines.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with good knowledge of French or Dutch and motivation to improve the other language.
• A customer-focused mindset, adaptability, and the drive to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
